About Me

My name is Justin and this is my journey to an integrated life of faith and action, and the start of my path to help connect people, processes, and organizations. I am looking to inspire change and define purpose through story, writing, coaching, mentoring, and sharing what the Lord places on my heart. It is my desire to help you identify and align your passions with your purpose, and to be a catalyst in the pursuit of those dreams.

No matter your faith or religious beliefs, life is tough and a journey that is best done in community. We are all designed with a mind, a body, and a spirit. Some have found that in the business world, or certain life situations, that we are told to leave out a part of who we are when working or representing ourselves. Later, in other aspects of our lives, we spend time searching for those missing pieces. We all need balance. I am going to explore what it looks like to live an integrated life at home, work, and play through a wide study and dialogue across disciplines, faiths, perspectives and experiences.

Let me give you a little background about the author. First and foremost I am a follower of Jesus Christ. Everything else hinges on this fact. My purpose in life is to live intentionally in relationship with my Father and to walk with others through life, business, and faith. I have a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and Management and have owned several businesses. I am a coach, student, and writer. With over 20 years of industry experience across a wide variety of disciplines, I have experienced that the two most important things in life have been to passionately pursue a life constant with my faith and to care deeply about others.  I have observed that we as humans often do a poor job of putting those priorities first, loving God and each other, and that we tend to wound others when we don’t.

I hope my insights and learnings can help you find reconciliation and balance in your life.  My desire is that this blog be a place to share those learnings and to grow as people and as a society. As we all find what makes us uniquely equipped to serve each other, the whole of society benefits.  I stand on the belief that you were designed on purpose for a purpose.  Let’s take a look at what it means to define and purse that purpose.

Please feel free to enter the dialog and share your experience and thoughts.
